Current subprocessors

Each provider below is bound by a data processing agreement and only handles what its purpose requires.

• Hosting, database, authentication and file storage — runs the application and stores documents and accounts. European Union.
• Document reading (AI extraction) — reads uploaded pages and returns structured values. European Union and United States, under standard contractual clauses.
• Email delivery — sends sign-in, notification and receipt emails. European Union and United States, under standard contractual clauses.
• Payment processing — takes card payments and manages subscriptions; card details never reach Formalini. European Union and United States, under standard contractual clauses.

What providers never receive

Providers receive only what their function needs. Payment providers never receive your documents, and the document reading provider never receives payment data. Your original files stay in private storage that is not publicly reachable.

Changes to this list

We publish changes on this page before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data. Work-space customers under the data processing agreement can ask to be notified by email and may object on reasonable data protection grounds.
