Formalini keeps the number of stored items small. We use browser storage for the things the product cannot work without, and we do not run advertising networks or cross-site tracking on this website.

• Sign-in session: keeps you logged in and is removed when you sign out.
• Language choice: remembers whether you use English, Spanish, German, Romanian or French.
• Workspace choice: remembers whether you were last working in your personal space or a work space.
• Cookie choice: remembers the answer you gave in the cookie banner.

Strictly necessary items

Sign-in, security and workspace items are strictly necessary: without them you could not stay signed in or reach your own documents. They are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the service you asked for, and cannot be switched off while you use the application.

Optional analytics

Optional product analytics help us see which pages are used and where people get stuck. These are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner, and declining has no effect on anything you can do in Formalini.

Third parties

Payment pages are served by our payment provider and may set cookies needed to complete a payment securely. Email delivery, hosting and database services do not set cookies in your browser.

Changing your mind

You can change your answer at any time from the cookie banner link in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser. Clearing site data will sign you out. Questions can go to privacy@formalini.com.
