Accessibility statement

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA across the website and the application. Accessibility is treated as part of the work, not a later addition.

What already works

The following is built into every page.

• Keyboard access to navigation, forms, dialogs and menus, with a visible focus outline.
• Labels, roles and descriptions for screen readers, including progress and status messages.
• Text contrast that meets the AA ratio, and layouts that work when text is enlarged.
• Images and icons that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
• Full interfaces in English, Spanish, German, Romanian and French.

Known limitations

Reviewing a scanned page means comparing a value with a highlighted region on an image, which is difficult without sight. Extracted values are always available as text and can be read and corrected without using the image, but the visual highlight itself has no non-visual equivalent yet.

Some data-dense tables and charts are easier to use on a large screen than on a small one.

Write to accessibility@formalini.com describing the page and what stopped you. We reply within five working days and will offer an alternative way to complete the task while we fix the cause.
